Vacancy - Depot Supervisor Kings Lynn

Reporting to the Regional General Manager Harley Coulson, the post holder will assist in the smooth running of the Kings Lynn or Ely Depot.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Actively Monitor KPI’s (direct profit, operating costs, efficiency, productivity, turnover and customer satisfaction)

  • Motivate and Train Service, Parts/Admin team

  • Local Purchase Ledger and Credit Control queries.

  • Health and Safety Controls

  • Distribute an image of an efficient and modern retail dealer point.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

  • Hardworking, self motivated and reliable person

  • Ability to use own initiative

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Leadership

Experience / Skills:

  • Experience in all aspect of the motor trade. (Parts and Service)

  • Proven people skills

  • Salary negotiable depending on experience
