Air Ambulance gets lift from truckers!
On Saturday 1st March, Northants Transport Engineering Group (NTEG) held their annual dinner dance and fund raising event at Northampton Park Inn, with over 330 guests from the road transport industry in attendance. During the evening, a cheque for £6,000 was presented on behalf of NTEG to Tracy Grunwell, fundraiser for Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA).
"NTEG was formed specifically to raise money for local causes and for those of us here tonight, all of which are in some way, dependent on the roads for our businesses, are very proud to support Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance", said David Hall, sales director for TruckEast Ltd, the local Scania dealer.
