Donnington Park Customer Visit

On June 20th 2008, eleven TruckEast customers and five TruckEast members of staff, attended the practice day for the 2008 British Motor Cycle Grand Prix, which was held at the Donnington Park motor racing circuit.

Some members travelled up from Stowmarket in Suffolk, meeting up with other participants en route to their final meeting point at Morcot, where they had breakfast, before proceeding to the race track for the days' practice proceedings.

Following an entertaining day of racing, some members of the group carried the journey on through to the Peak District and up to Snake Pass, returning the next day through bad weather. However, even this didn’t dampen their spirits.

The event turned out to be a real experience for all concerned.  “A superb day out with fantastic company and hosts.  Also, quite a unique event to be invited to, which I enjoyed very much, especially as I am an enthusiastic motor cycle fan”, comments Mike Forsdyke from Seven Asset Limited.
