TruckEast Annual Customer Golf Days
On May 21st 2008 at Hintlesham Hall Golf Club, Ipswich and June 11th 2008 at Wellingborough Golf Club, Wellingborough, TruckEast Limited held its two annual customer golf days.
140 customers and staff attended over the two days, with each day beginning with a 9 Hole Texas Scramble in the morning, followed by an 18 Hole Stableford in the afternoon. A putting competition was also held to help raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Following an entertaining day of golf the evening proceeded with a three-course dinner and prize giving. “Thank you very much for TruckEast and Scania’s hospitality, what a thoroughly enjoyable day with good company and well organised. Once again thanks very much and I look forward to the next one”, comments Matthew Hughes, from Fermac Traffic Service Limited."Very enjoyable, excellent company and good food", said Malcolm Carter from Malcolm Carter Haulage.

On August 17th 2008, four hundred customers and staff attended the TruckEast Limited and Knights of Old Limited Ride and Drive Family Fun Day at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground, Lutterworth.

Donnington Park Customer Visit
On June 20th 2008, eleven TruckEast customers and five TruckEast members of staff, attended the practice day for the 2008 British Motor Cycle Grand Prix, which was held at the Donnington Park motor racing circuit.
